Jeramiah Ross, A.K.A Module, is the one man super project birthed out of Wellington, New Zealand (I swear everyone from New Zealand is from Wellington…) that spans across a very wide span of music. He’s an award-winning, classically trained, audio designer, sound scaper, producer, nerd, everything man and he makes some pretty awesome sounds.

Some Retro Disco Funky Electro…
He’s 34 years old and still going strong and although I don’t love every single one of his tracks, (he dips into a lot of gay vocoder melancholy robot singing…) I have a lot of love for a lot of his tracks. But with a producer hitting up so many different musical genres you can’t expect to adore every piece. For example many of his listeners may only enjoy his Trip-Hoppy Hip-Hoppy shit whilst other may only dip in for the more acoustic sessions…
Some of that sweet Classical Piano Driven Emotiveness…
In all honesty, I still think there’s a lot of progress to made with a lot of this guys productions. His classical pianoing isn’t bang on point. His electro isn’t really hard-hitting enough. He’s got a lot of pieces that lose some of their emotional ties because of some really basic flitting bleeps and bloops that make them sound a bit like plastic children’s toys but this guy is hitting up so many areas can you blame him for not being a master of them all? Because he’s definitely more than freaking able in them all. Perhaps not a master, but definitely a respectable enough producer. And out of his large collection there definitely lay some real gems…

Be it the sort of thing you’d listen to whilst exploring the beauty and vast spans of space….
Or something that you’d sit back and relax to on a beach, bathed in the obscured orange glow of a dusty moon…
